Intro, tutorial, and more updates

Hi All, 

I have been working on a number of updates since posting my demo. A big thanks to everyone that tried my game and gave me feedback!

Here are the changes in this update:

• Intro and tutorial
• Improved title screen
• Improvements to dialogue
• A pause menu with audio controls and a quit button
• Bug fixes around respawning
• Removal of auto stop around hazards
• Credits animation

I am looking forward to working on music next! Please be excited.
